Sigma has announced pricing and availability of its new Sigma 50mm F1.4 DG HSM Art. The lens was unveiled first in January at CES in Las Vegas. This new Art lens is a completely redesigned version of Sigma’s existing 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM. Equipped company’s latest Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) system and new lens design with 13 elements in eight groups promises high quality optical performance. It will be available for Sigma, Sony, Nikon, and Canon mounts in late April for $949. The UK RRP will be £849.99. Now available for preorder at B&H
