The Leica M-P is a full frame digital rangefinder camera. Leica M series is renowned for their unobtrusive appearance since their birth. Many Magnum Photographers as well as those practicing traditional street photography are in favor of Leica M series. To match the digital era Leica has replaced the film unit with 24MP CMOS sensor. Powered by a Maestro Processor and large 2GB buffer this camera is monster in disguise. It can shoot up to 24 images continuously without break. With a fast Leica lens and high ISO of 6400 you can shoot images with this machine which was a dream couple of years back.
To keep the camera inconspicuous Leica even removed their long traditional red Leica badge. The Leica M-P is also capable of recording high definition video at 25 frame per second which is an extra benefit.
The back of the camera has a 3 inch LCD panel made of Sapphire Glass. Thus the Leica M-P is an attractive new addition to already rich Leica M line up.
